Overview & Narrative Setting

BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!! explores the deeply emotional and turbulent journey of five girls—Tomori, Anon, Rāna, Soyo, and Taki—as they come together to form the band MyGO!!!!! after the sudden disbandment of their previous group, CRYCHIC. Set against the vibrant backdrop of live house culture, the series delves into the complexities of teenage vulnerability, miscommunication, and raw human connection. Rather than following a conventional, effortless path to stardom, the narrative focuses on the painful yet cathartic process of confronting past regrets, reconciling discordant personal bonds, and pouring genuine emotional angst into soaring, synchronized melodies. Heralded for its realistic portrayal of interpersonal friction and character growth, it stands as a standout entry in modern music-driven storytelling.

Season 1

Thrust into a labyrinthine fantasy dungeon alongside a group of inexperienced explorers, Ari—a low-ranking support worker equipped primarily with utility items and defensive spatial skills—quickly realizes his "rearguard" class is far more formidable than it appears. While his comrades rely on brute force and front-line combat, Ari uses clever tactics, crowd control, and resource management to keep everyone alive against relentless waves of monsters. As deeper floors reveal deadlier threats and hidden dungeon secrets, Ari's strategic brilliance transforms him from an overlooked liability into the indispensable backbone of the party.
